Q. How much is delivery?

A. Delivery is charged, based on weight and starts at £1.95. To calculate the cost of delivery, add shoes to the cart, select your delivery destination and then click on the recalculate button.


Q. How are shoes sent?

A. Orders in the UK are sent 1st Class post and are typically delivered the following day. If you need your shoes in a hurry, please select Special Delivery which ensures guaranteed next working day delivery before 1.00pm to 99% of the UK. Orders outside of the UK are sent by Airmail.


Q. How long will delivery take?

A. We endevour to send out all orders with cleared payment on the day of receipt *. Most customers in the UK receive their shoes the following day.
* Orders received before 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank-holidays.


Q. How can I pay for my order?

A. We accept payment by Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Personal Cheque or Postal Order. Payment by Credit or Debit Card can be made online at checkout (through Moneybookers or PayPal) or you can call us on 01366 610 210 or 0845 5194 785 and we can process your payment over the phone.


Q. What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

A. No problem, we offer a hassle free returns policy. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, provided the shoes are returned in 'as new' condition we will happily refund the value of your order (excluding postage). Please contact us first before returning shoes. We advise that you obtain proof of posting, as we are unable to take responsibility for returned shoes lost in the post. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.


Q. What if the shoes are the wrong size?

A. If you would like to exchange the shoes for another size or style, please contact us first to ensure we have the size/style available. Once you have returned the original pair of shoes, all we ask is that you pay postage before we send out the new pair. We advise that you obtain proof of posting, as we are unable to take responsibility for returned shoes lost in the post.


Q. How often should I measure my child's feet?

A. Children's feet grow quickly! Measure at least every two months during the first year, and every three months from 1-3 years. You can never tell when your child will have a growth spurt.


Q. Are Little Blue Lamb shoes machine washable?

A. While the shoes may hold up in the washing machine, we do not recommend this method for cleaning the shoes. We recommend you just use a damp cloth and allow then to dry naturally.
