DELIVERY
We endeavour to send out all orders with cleared payment on the day of receipt. *

Orders in the UK are sent 1st Class post and are typically delivered the following day.

If you need your shoes in a hurry, please select Special Delivery which ensures guaranteed next working day delivery before 1.00pm to 99% of the UK.

Orders outside of the UK are sent by Airmail.

Discounted, combined delivery rates apply to all customers when purchasing more than one pair of shoes.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDER?
If your order is damaged in transit or goes missing we will make enquiries with the Royal Mail.

Please allow up to 14 days for a resolution. Please report any damage within 3 days of receipt.

RETURN POLICY
We offer a hassle free returns policy.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, provided the shoes are returned in 'as new' condition we will happily refund the value of your order (excluding postage).

If you would like to exchange the shoes for another size or style, please contact us first to ensure we have the size/style available. You are required to pay for the postage to send the shoes back to us and for our UK customers we will send out exchange shoes free of charge. Unfortunately we are unable to extend this free postage to our non-UK customers and will charge for the postage to send out replacements.

We advise that you obtain proof of posting, as we are unable to take responsibility for returned shoes lost in the post.

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
